Final Summer Saturday at Printemps Doha (August 15)

The last Summer Saturday at Printemps Doha is this weekend. Since June, Saturdays from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM have featured a rotating programme of workshops including candle making, donut decorating, flower arrangement, paint and sip, Pierre Marcolini chocolate workshops, and a free Summer Kids Club. This is the closing session, and popular slots will fill fast.

Qatar Beach Cleanup 2026 (August 15, Abu Samra)

The second beach cleanup of August takes place this Saturday morning at Abu Samra, 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Organised by the Ministry of Municipality’s General Cleanliness Department, this is a free community initiative with further dates running every two weeks through August 29 at different coastal locations. Summer Camel Racing Festival: Fourth Preliminary (August 15)

The fourth preliminary race of the Summer Camel Racing Festival takes place at Al-Shahaniya Camel Racetrack this Saturday. Each race is 2 km, open to spectators, free, and one of the most authentic cultural experiences in Qatar. The fifth and final race is August 29.

If you have ever thought about modelling, acting, or working on-camera in Qatar, this is the most practical first step you can take.
