COYA will be offering a blissful dining experience featuring a specially crafted menu designed to bring together family and friends. With the vibrant flavors that honor the traditions of Peru, our selection of dishes is rooted in community and shared experiences.

The Suhoor menu begins with Medjool dates and mint-infused Laban, followed by COYA’s signature Guacamole. Guests can then choose between the Peruvian Lamb and Lentil Soup or the Spicy Corn and Potato Soup.
A full selection of appetizers follows, including the creamy Peruvian Bean Hummus, our crispy and golden Prawn Tempura Maki, Chicken and Beef Cheek Empanadas, a refreshing Sweetcorn Salad, Chicken Harees Croquettes inspired by the comforting flavors of traditional harees, and King Fish Anticucho marinated in bold Peruvian spices.
For the main course, guests can select from a range of delectable options, including the perfectly charred Miso Chargrilled Chilean Seabass Rice, Grilled Baby Chicken infused with spices, Grilled Sea Bream delivering a flaky texture with a hint of smokiness, the tender Braised Lamb Shank, or the fragrant and earthy Mushroom Rice. Complementary sides include Potatoes “Bravas” and Peruvian Rice.
To conclude the Suhoor experience, guests can treat themselves to the special Ramadan dessert, a richPistachio baklava, glazed figs, the ancient Peruvian supergrain kiwicha , and for a velvety finish, the pistachio ice cream.
