Hosted at the hotel’s iconic Peacock Alley, the afternoon tea draws inspiration from the festive season, shimmering details, and the sparkle that defines this celebratory time of year. The menu has been thoughtfully curated by Michele Stasi, Executive Pastry Chef, and David Jaram, Executive Sous-chef and includes dishes such as Glass Pillow, Snowflake, and the Swarovski Swan pastry. Elevating the experience, a bespoke Swarovski tree takes center stage, glistening in gold and silver and reflecting the brand’s iconic crystal brilliance.
