Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail is delighted to welcome back acclaimed British actor Nigel Miles-Thomas. Recently seen at The Highmore in his celebrated performances as Sherlock Holmes in Sherlock Holmes: The Last Act and as Lennie in Of Mice and Men. Now, he brings his dynamic adaptation of Charles Dickens’ A Xmas Carol to the stage from 6–9 December 2025.
Children and adults alike will be transported as cherished characters step from the pages of the classic tale into a spellbinding festive world. This production sees Nigel brilliantly re-enact the story, bringing every character to life, including the immortal Ebenezer Scrooge.
The festive spirit sweeps through the hotel as the show sets the stage for guests of every age. At The Highmore, adults can enjoy evening shows with festive refreshments, framed by 360° city views.
Families, meanwhile, are welcomed into the Grand Ballroom for an afternoon of wonder, where children can enjoy freshly popped popcorn, gingerbread men, stollen slices, and mince pies, served in a warm, theatre-style setting perfect for families to enjoy together.
