Inspired by the vibrant flavors and rich heritage of the Levant, the menu reimagines authentic dishes with contemporary flair. From appetizers to mains and indulgent desserts, dishes include a variety of appetizers such as Guacamole Muhamarra, Crispy Aubergine and Zucchini and Crispi Bizri Fish. followed by the tender, spiced delight of Chicken shawarma and Beef Tenderloin, as well as desserts like with the iconic Kunefe and the Qataris favorite Um Ali.
