Baraha Town Signs an Agreement with Ishtar Hospitality to Introduce Four Restaurants to the Destination
Baraha Town has signed a partnership agreement with Ishtar Hospitality to introduce four restaurants at its destination in Abu Hamour. The agreement will bring together two established restaurant franchises, Mario e Mario and Shajarat Al Durr, alongside two original Lebanese concepts, Al Falamanki Eatery and Qahwet Al Saboha.
The partnership will expand Baraha Town’s dining offering, giving residents and visitors a choice of venues with distinct menus, settings and influences, from Italian family cooking to Egyptian traditions and Lebanese hospitality.
Mario e Mario will offer an intimate Italian dining experience inspired by traditional family cooking, seasonal ingredients and the warmth of an Italian home.
Shajarat Al Durr will open its first branch in Qatar, celebrating Egyptian cuisine through traditional recipes and its distinctive “Open Operation” style, bringing guests closer to the dining experience.
Completing the lineup are Al Falamanki Eatery and Qahwet Al Saboha bringing a unique Lebanese character to Baraha Town’s dining scene. Al Falamanki Eatery will offer a contemporary interpretation of the original restaurant, drawing on traditional Lebanese cuisine and its welcoming, family atmosphere. Qahwet Al Saboha takes inspiration from Beirut’s Golden Age and the legacy of the late Lebanese singer and actress Sabah, combining food, music and design in a setting that celebrates the spirit of Beirut and the warmth of Lebanese hospitality.
The partnership with Ishtar Hospitality marks another significant step towards Baraha Town’s Q1 2027 opening, as the destination continues to bring together a broad selection of recognized local and international brands.
