The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, represented by the Wildlife Protection Department, implemented a number of cleaning campaigns in scattered wilderness sites, as part of the “Cleaning and Nursery Campaigns” project, which targets various regions of the country.
The cleaning campaigns included a number of nurseries in the northern and southern regions, in addition to the western oases, in response to the accumulation of waste resulting from rainfall and winds, in order to maintain the cleanliness of the wilderness environment and protect it.
