As the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2025 kicks off, the Ministry of Interior (MoI) has issued a list of items that fans are not allowed to bring into stadiums to ensure a safe and enjoyable matchday experience.
According to the Ministry’s official social media channels, the following items are prohibited:
- Glassware
- Umbrellas
- Pets
- Perfume bottles
- Flags and banners larger than 2×1.5 meters
- Mugs and cans
- Laser pointers
- Selfie sticks
- Drones
- Professional cameras
These measures are aimed at maintaining stadium safety and security while allowing fans to enjoy the tournament atmosphere.
The FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2025 officially begins today with Group A matches at Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium, featuring Tunisia vs. Syria, and host nation Qatar taking on Palestine following a spectacular opening ceremony.
Additional matches will be held at Education City Stadium, Khalifa International Stadium, and Stadium 974, with the grand final set for December 18 at Lusail Stadium.
