Park Hyatt Doha Appoints New Director of Marketing and Communications

Park Hyatt Doha is pleased to announce the appointment of Pinar Kirlar Kaya as the hotel’s new Director of Marketing and Communications.

With over 18 years of experience in hospitality marketing, Pinar brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success with world-renowned hotel brands across Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar.


Pinar has built a dynamic and progressive career in hospitality, beginning with marketing roles at Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus with Hilton.

She then advanced to become Pre-opening Marketing Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Downtown, followed by leadership positions as Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications for Radisson Royal Hotel Dubai and Radisson Blu Resort Fujairah in the UAE. Returning to Türkiye, she served as Pre-opening Director of Marketing at the Izmir Marriott Hotel, where she led the hotel’s marketing and public relations strategies for its market debut.

Most recently in Qatar, Pinar held the role of Director of Marketing & Communications at Hilton Doha The Pearl, where she contributed significantly to the hotel’s commercial success, including during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

In her new role at Park Hyatt Doha, Pinar will lead all marketing, communications, digital, and social media strategies, with a particular emphasis on showcasing the hotel’s food and beverage venues and cultivating luxury collaborations.

Her efforts will focus on enhancing the hotel’s positioning as a refined and culturally inspired luxury destination in Msheireb Downtown Doha.
